Privacy Policy

GLP Calendar is made by BALANCED LLC (“we”). This policy explains what we collect on glpcalendar.app and in the GLP Calendar iPhone app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

On this website

  • Early-access email. If you join early access, we store your email address, the page you signed up from and the time. We use it only to tell you when GLP Calendar is available and for important updates about it. Sign-ups are stored privately with our hosting provider, Vercel.
  • Server logs. Like any website, our host processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the service.
  • No advertising trackers. This site does not use advertising cookies or sell visitor data.

In the app

  • Health and medication logs. Your shots, pills, check-ins, weight, targets, supplements and lab results are stored on your iPhone by default. They are only sent to our servers if you turn on sync, so you can restore them on another device. Synced data is stored on servers we run ourselves, hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.
  • Optional features. If you use lab scanning or the AI assistant, the content you submit is processed by OpenAI only to provide that feature. The assistant asks for your permission before it sends anything.
  • Purchases. Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We receive the status of your subscription, not your payment details.

What we never do

  • Sell your personal data.
  • Use your health data for advertising.
  • Access the health data on your device without your consent.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data in the app at any time. To remove your early-access email or ask about any data we hold, email hello@vitamintracker.app and we will act on it promptly.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and limit access to the data we store to what is needed to run the service.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and describe material changes on this page.
